Terms and Conditions

Program name. Local Business Advisors letter line, a service of Domainite.com Inc.

Program description. We mail printed letters to the owners of local service businesses. The closing of each letter prints our number, (518) 759-7065, with this sentence under it: "Text this number and you agree to a text reply. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help." A text from this number is always a reply to contact you started: if you text a question about your letter, you get the answer by text; if you call and nobody picks up, you hear a greeting that says a text will follow, you can leave a message, and when the call ends you get one text from this number about your call (at most one a day, never after STOP). The person answering is Dillon, who wrote your letter. We send no marketing texts. Our letter line page shows the printed call to action and the greeting word for word.

How you opt in. By texting (518) 759-7065 after reading the sentence printed under the number on your letter, or by calling it: a call nobody picks up brings one text about that call. Nobody is added to a list; a text is always a reply to your own text or call.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies: replies to your own texts and calls, and a few messages a day at most.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's normal rates for a text message.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text from this number and we stop texting that number. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. Reply START to begin again.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any text from this number for help. For customer support, call or text (518) 759-7065, or email dillon@localbusinessadvisors.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text messages or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our privacy policy says what we keep when you call, text or write to us, and how it is used.
