A request through your website. A call on a weekday afternoon and another on a weekday evening. Your reviews, your map position and your website, next to the three companies above you on Google Maps. Every line in the report is a time or a number you can check.
One company per trade, per area. Heating and air companies first.

Three steps. The first two happen before you hear from us.
We send a request through your website and note the time. We call your number on a weekday afternoon and again on a weekday evening, and note the time and who answered. We do the same to the three companies above you on the map, in the same week.
You get a Report Card: what we did, when, what your business did about it, and what the other three did. Nothing is guessed. If a test could not be run, the card says so.
The Lead Repair Kit is the fixes from your card, done by us: the website we built from your own site and listing goes live on your own domain, and every row of your card that is not an A gets its fixes, within two weeks. Then the maintenance plan runs the same tests on you and your competitors every month and sends you the numbers.
Five rows, graded A to F, for you and the three companies above you. Each grade comes from the checks listed under it.
Where you show up on Google Maps when someone searches for your trade from the center of your town, and what Apple Maps, ChatGPT and Google's own answers say. Whether the listing is claimed, names its categories, has photos and a recent post.
Your count and rating next to the three above you. How many reviews came in during the last 90 days. Whether the bad ones got an answer from you.
How fast it loads on a phone. A number or button you can tap to call on the first screen. A way to book. Your license and guarantee shown. What the headline says.
How long a website request waited for a reply. Whether a weekday afternoon call and a weekday evening call reached a person. How fast a callback came.
Whether a maintenance plan is on your site. Whether financing and a seasonal offer are shown. Whether anything reaches a past customer after the job.
The test in the letter happened on the day and at the time it says. The numbers next to your competitors' names are theirs, from Google, on the date shown. We mail a letter only to a business we have already tested, and only when we found something worth your time.

Two things, and one rule.
The fixes from your Report Card, done by us: the website we built for you, live on your own domain; your Google listing filled in; answers to your open reviews; a way for a missed call and a website request to reach you within minutes.
One fixed price. Done within two weeks. Quoted on the phone once we have gone through your card together.
Every month we run the same tests on you and the three companies above you and send you the numbers, and we keep the fixes working: new reviews answered, a post on your listing, the seasonal offer sent.
A flat monthly amount. Month to month. Cancel any time.
Yes. A call on a weekday afternoon and one on a weekday evening, asking what a homeowner would ask: whether someone can come out, and what the visit costs. We never book a job and never claim to be in an emergency. The time and the result are in your letter.
Your business passed our screen (a real website, a Google rating of 3.8 or better, a review in the last 90 days, one location) and our tests found a request or a call that went unanswered, or a row of your card that is not an A. We write to the owner, not the front desk.
The Lead Repair Kit is one fixed price and the maintenance plan is a flat monthly amount. Both are quoted on the phone after we have gone through your Report Card together, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
We do not run your ads. We fix what happens when a customer who has already found you calls, writes, or looks you up. Once your phone is answered every time, we can set up Google's pay-per-lead listing for you, once — the one at the top of the search where you pay Google per call.
We do not promise that. We fix what a customer sees on your listing and your website, and what happens when they call or write.
If we are, we will not take you on, and we will tell you so. One company per trade, per area.
I'm Dillon. I run Local Business Advisors from New York. I have spent years in direct mail and small-business services, and I started this because of what our own tests keep finding: a good company, with good reviews, whose afternoon call goes to voicemail and whose website request gets no reply.
Every business we write to has been tested by us first. If you got a letter, the test in it is real, and I will go through it with you on the phone.
